Who we are
Maths with Bhavana (“we”, “the platform”) is an educational learning and practice website for CBSE Class XII Mathematics. For privacy questions please use the Contact page.
Information we collect
- Account details: full name, email address, mobile number, class and a password (stored only in encrypted/hashed form).
- Learning activity: topics viewed, practice sessions and tests taken, answers, scores, time taken, bookmarks and question reports.
- Technical data: login times and IP address, used for security (for example to block repeated failed logins) and kept in a limited audit log.
- Contact form: the name, email, optional phone number and message you send us.
We collect only what is needed to provide the service. We do not ask for date of birth, address, school records or payment details.
How we use it
- To create and secure your account and let you log in with your email or mobile number.
- To run practice sessions and tests, score them and show your personal performance analysis.
- To send essential account emails, such as password reset links.
- To improve the accuracy and quality of questions and content (using aggregated, anonymous statistics).
What we never do

Students under 18
Many of our users are school students. Students under 18 should use the platform with the knowledge of a parent or guardian. Parents or guardians may contact us to review or delete a student’s account.
Cookies
The website uses essential cookies set by WordPress to keep you logged in and to protect forms. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies. If analytics are added in future, this policy will be updated and appropriate notice given.
Who can see your data
Only you, and the platform’s teacher/administrator accounts (for supporting your learning and managing accounts), can see your details and results. Our web-hosting provider stores the website’s data on our behalf.
Retention and deletion
Your data is kept while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all learning history at any time from your Profile page, or ask us to do it for you.
Security
We use password hashing, secure password-reset links, login-attempt limits, access controls and encrypted connections (HTTPS) to protect information. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure, so please keep your password private.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
